You will be part of our Product Operations team

The Product Operations team keeps our hardware products running smoothly, handling production, delivery, service, and support. Working from our production hall within our office centrally located in Copenhagen, the team includes technicians, assemblers, and technical support staff. The team provides essential technical expertise to help our colleagues and customers succeed. Collaborating closely with Product Development, Product Operations ensures seamless integration of new products and updates. Additionally, Product Operations is crucial in maintaining high uptime and delivering excellent technical support for our implementations.

The purpose of the role

The role of Robot Assembler is placed in the production hall at our new office. You’ll be assembling robots that will be shipped to our international customers around the globe. The role is essential in ensuring that we run nimble production processes and provide high-quality hardware to our customers.

This is what you will be doing:

• Assembling of our robots inhouse, while delivering quality feedback to our development team regarding the assembling process to ease and reduce manufacturing time.
• Assist Development team in creating the necessary documentation for the building process of current and new products.
• Assist the Service team in troubleshooting of robots.
• Conduct quality control testing of mechanical and possible electrical components.
