As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Director to join our team and lead our manufacturing operations.

Position Overview

We are seeking a competent and dynamic Manufacturing Director to oversee the planning, coordination, and control of our manufacturing processes. This role will be pivotal in shaping company policies, making strategic decisions, and ensuring the sustainability and efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all manufacturing operations to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of products.
• Develop and implement manufacturing plans and strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as necessary.
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
• Control the manufacturing department budget and optimize expenses.
• Implement quality control programs to meet product standards.
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate department staff.
• Contribute to achieving the company’s strategic and operational objectives.
• Analyze financial data to enhance profitability.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
• Proven experience in reporting on key production metrics.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
• Attention to detail and strong decision-making abilities.
• Results-driven approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
• BSc/BA in business administration or a relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience as a Manufacturing Director or in a similar role, particularly in startup environments.
