Job Description:

Are you a passionate DevOps Engineer looking to join a dynamic and collaborative team? Drift Net Inc is seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to help us streamline our development and deployment processes, ensuring the reliability and scalability of our systems. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our infrastructure, automating tasks, and driving efficiency across our development and operations teams.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with software engineers to understand application requirements and design scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, integration, and deployment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
• Continuously improve and optimize the existing DevOps processes and infrastructure.
• Automate repetitive tasks and workflows to reduce manual intervention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement best practices for software development and deployment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our infrastructure and processes remain cutting-edge.
• Respond to and resolve incidents in a timely manner, participating in on-call rotations as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven 2-5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or similar.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Travis CI, CircleCI).
• Solid understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK stack).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Docker Certified Associate).
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of security best practices in DevOps.
• Familiarity with agile and DevOps methodologies.
